- SINFO Building Luanda - 2003 - Rehabilitation of the seven stores Sinfo Building
- LARA DE PATRIOTA Luanda - 2003 - 2005 Construction of 300 new residential buildings units.
- WACO KUNGO - 2004 - 2006 - A unique initiative Project in Angola which combines Housing and Agricultural Farms erection comprising the Rehabilitation & New Construction of more than 10 Villages with over 500 houses including all the infrastructures such as Electricity , Water Supply , and Sewage Treatment.
EQUATORIAL GUINEA (2003-2006)
The activity of Ashtrom in G.E. started in 2003 with the establishment of Ashtrom Guinea Ecuatorial S.A.
- BATA HOSPITAL & MALABO CLINIC - 2004 - 2006 - The construction of new modern
Hospital in Bata and new Clinic in Malabo - the Construction Concession includes
Operation and Medical Supervision for 10 years period.
