BULGARIA ROMANIA POLAND
Foreseeing the economical development in east Europe Ashtrom was wise to expand her activity and laid the foundations to perform construction and civil engineering projects in Romania Bulgaria and Poland.
BULGARIA
- Rehabilitation and Construction of the HALI MARKET - Sofia providing commercial shop gallery and restaurant areas. - 2000
- EUROPE HOUSE MOSKOVSKA - Sofia - Construction of offices building for the Europe Incorporation Delegation and the Embassy of Britain in Bulgaria - 2001.
- Fuel Station - Construction of 6 Fuel station for OMV company - 2001 - 2006
POLAND
- ASBUD company was founded in 1996 by three international companies worldwide
- Experienced in construction and initiative development. (ASHTROM, SBI and BASAT)
- ASBUD builds and offers nowadays apartments in the most pretty areas in Warsaw surrounded with gardens and forests on the bank of Vistula river.
Some of the projects are:
- PIASECZNO - location - 20 km from Warsaw city center
- Residential neighborhood with 200 apartment units. 1993 - 2006
- Konstancin - prestigious area located 20 km from the city center
- the projects provides high standard and luxury apartments
- completion of the 220 apartments units is expected in the end of 2007.
- Czerniakowska - Construction of 32 luxury apartment units in Warsaw city center - 1990-1992.
- SOLARIEGO - Construction of 16 luxury apartment units in Warsaw city center - 1992 -2006.
- Bielany - 4 buildings of 15 stores each with total of 350 apartment to be completed in 2007.
ROMANIA
- The establishment of Ashtrom's subsidiaries companies in Romania started in 1993 along with The first project awarded for the reconstruction of the old " UNION" Center.
- In the years to come and till this very days, Aashtrom has kept continuously the performance of building and construction of new residential housing.
Some of the projects are:
- STRIRBEI VODA I (UNION INTERNATIONAL CENTER) Rehabilitation of the old Union Center and turn it to Offices building in Bucharest center area The renovation included basement and nine floors with 8,000 sqm renting area. Completed in 1996.
- STIRBEI VODA II (UNION CENTER II) Construction of new offices building in the center of Bucharest comprising 11 stores with 8,150 sqm renting area.
- FLOREASCA VIEW HOUSES Residential Development Project comprising two stages:
I) Stage I- Started in 2002 and included the building of 14 double floor housing units.
II) Stage II- currently under construction and includes 17 double floor housing units.
The houses are built in the neighborhood of Floreasca Lake, Bucharest.
