With his 2,000 residential building units, the Green Pond project located in Montego Bay Jamaica,
required also an intensive regional development such as the construction of internal roads, drainage system,
sewage system with sub serving Sewage Treatment Plant.

The project was completed by Ashtrom in 1999 and required over $ 50 M US budget cost.
