Large scale and extensive planning programs to promote significantly
the urbanite and regional development of Ashdod city, have led to the establishment
of a new Boat Marina with 550 shipping anchorage capacity.

Sprawl on 208,000 sqm the project included also the full development of areas for Hotels,
commercial and offices buildings, domicile, public institution, sports and holiday park.

With construction budget of over $ 250 M US the project was completed by Ashtrom in 2002.
