Led by the Government of Angola as initial project to set force the goals for reviving the agricultural and animals farms in Waco Kungo area,
the program comprised the rehabilitation and construction of 10 residential villages
with 50 – 100 constructed new houses, providing also agricultural and animal farm for each housing unit including the supply off all required farming equipment.

The Project also includes the construction of the access and the internal roads
in the villages, drainage systems, sewage treatment, water supply and energy supply center
hence the villages are intended to function as an independent production units.

Ashtrom is carrying out all the housing construction and the infrastructure works.
The first two villages have been handed over already during December 2006.
