Being an attractive resort area with marvelous coast line beach , the Turks and Caicos Island In the B.W.I. was a natural choice for the Turquoise initiator to establish a resident condominium hotel project.

The hotel buildings currently being constructed, will provide about 70 apartments units
Including swimming pools, Tennis Resourt, and other entertainment facilities.
