Initiation of the Israeli Government to establish new working areas for government services
in Haifa city, has taken form into a 14 stores building structure providing over 26,000 sqm of offices area.
and 15,000 sqm parking area.

The impressive building design with ovate or may be marine sail shape appearance
has changed and redesigned the landscape over the Haifa's downtown area.

The project was constructed and completed by Ashtrom in 2002.
